Tracy Gravatte

Tracy Gravatte is a Senior Human Resources Representative for HR Affiliates. Ms. Gravatte has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Her years of expertise have been focused in the non-profit arena, where she was employed as Director of HR at St. Joseph Children’s Home, and HR Manager at Stepping Stones Brain Injury Program before coming to HR Affiliates.

Ms. Gravatte has the demonstrated ability to develop and implement a proactive, strategic partnership between the organization and human resources. She has extensive knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as HR Standards for the Council on Accreditation (COA) and the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Ms. Gravatte is a member of a local non-profit HR group and a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001.
