Marcy Clark

Marcy Clark is the Director of Business Development for Outsourcing, Consulting and Staffing Services for HR Affiliates.  Prior to joining HR Affiliates, Ms. Clark was the Human Resources Manager for Metropolitan Sewer District. 

Ms. Clark operates as an organizational leader and consultant offering human resources solutions.  She identifies business to business opportunities by developing relationships and partnerships within the community.

Ms. Clark has 14 years of experience that spans both the private and public business sectors in distribution, integration technology, manufacturing and utilities. She has been involved with acquisitions and mergers, start-ups and large multi-state and multi-national companies, understanding their unique Human Resource needs.

Ms. Clark is an active member of many local and national business associations.  She is a national and local member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been certified as a professional in human resources (PHR) since 2003.
