Heather Clements
Heather Clements is a Client Services Representative for HR Affiliates. Since joining HR Affiliates in 2008 Heather has lead Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, background screen administration and client management.
Ms. Clements started her professional career as an HR Assistant in the energy construction and maintenance sector. She has held progressively responsible positions in a variety of industries and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed established goals in time sensitive, fast-paced environments.
Ms. Clements holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Oregon Institute of Technology. She is an active member of national SHRM.
